Ich bewege mich durchs Leben mit der Ruhe einer Yogini und der Energie einer Tänzerin. Ob auf der Matte, auf der Bühne oder mitten im Familienalltag — ich gebe allem mein ganzes Herz. I move through life with the calm of a yogini and the energy of a dancer. On the mat, on stage, or in the middle of everyday family life — I give everything my whole heart.

Auf der Matte finde ich meine Ruhe — einen Raum zum Durchatmen, zum Spüren und zum Kraftschöpfen. Yoga ist für mich nicht nur Bewegung, sondern eine kleine Auszeit für Körper und Seele. On the mat, I find my calm — a space to breathe, to feel, and to gather strength. For me, yoga isn't just movement, it's a little timeout for body and soul.

Zwei wunderbare Kinder, zwei wuschelige Dackel und ein Mann, der mir den Rücken freihält — zwischen Yoga und Bühne ist meine Familie mein Zuhause, mein Anker und mein größter Applaus. Two wonderful children, two scruffy dachshunds and a husband who always has my back — between yoga and the stage, my family is my home, my anchor and my biggest applause.

Albig in Rheinhessen ist mein Zuhause — ein Ort, für den ich mich von Herzen einsetze. Seit mehreren Jahren bin ich im Gemeinderat aktiv und unterstütze Herzensprojekte aus der Region. Albig in Rheinhessen is my home — a place I care for with all my heart. For several years I've been an active member of the local council and support causes close to my heart in our region.
Ich lebe Bewegung — in jeder Form. I live movement — in every form.
